These updates are NOT cumulative. These are
strictly from A to B. Flash in order, with a reboot in between. Still
much faster than a flash to stock.
Flash with Recovery mode. No backup is required.
These updates will not update the speedmod kernel. In the full ROM files, I update the speedmod kernel to the latest one. But I know that not everyone uses it, so as a matter of convenience I leave it out of these updates. I highly recommend you keep your kernel up to date, regardless of which it is.
